Horribly understaffed. Mobile orders have no priority. Didn't even start making my order until I mentioned it 15min. after ordering and seeing plenty of other orders go through.I like Burger King food, just wish this location was run better and better staffed.

Terrible!!! Absolutely pathetic excuse for a burger!! This is supposed to be the "New" Mushroom Swiss Melt..... Nothing melted, bread isn't toasted, there are 2 small mushroom slices and almost no sauce at all and no grilled onions.... I will most definitely be getting my money back and skipping this place next time....

I stopped by Burger King after a long drive and took dinner to my hotel room. I had requested a Whopper without onions or mayonnaise. When I got up to the drive-thru window, the lady working confirmed with the kitchen staff that the sandwich didn't have onions and mayonnaise. I got to the hotel room and although the sandwich was marked as having no onion and mayonnaise, it had both. It was late and I was too tired to drive back to Burger King and get it fixed. But given that the gal at the window even confirmed with the kitchen that it was correct and it was marked as correct, I have no idea how they still messed it up. I love Whoppers, but why is it so hard to get a sandwich made correctly??
