😀I visited the drive-thru at this BK on Saturday. The employee taking the orders said he was very short-handed but that he would give me a minute to look over the menu and be back with me shortly. In what would have been a very stressful situation, he remained very courteous, professional, and composed. When I got to the window, I made note of his name tag.
