I am reiterating my previous review from long ago. We wanted to celebrate our grad. And we were a party of 14 this time, which is admittedly large, but shouldn't have created so many errors.

Seating and service was quick, but staff missed drinks (and refills), missed appetizers, and missed food! And my request for a single check was effectively ignored, much to my embarrassment.

It's clear there was little staff communication, as no one knew what went where. I think this must be a fundamental problem at this store.

The general manager here is horrible and does not care about her customers. Served a raw burger and then left us waiting for 15 minutes for the check to be fixed. Knew we were waiting and continued to talk to another manger in the back all the while making eye contact with me.

We came in with a huge group for State Special Olympics. The entire staff was so nice and respectful to everyone including the students! They were short of staff but the food and drinks came out fast! No one went without a drink! Absolutely amazing!
