Just Wafflin' is a great place for a post Mid South gravel race meal with an awesome waffle selection. The food is delicious, especially the bacon and the spicy cornbread waffle under the chicken. The service is fast and attentive, with servers clearing empty trays quickly. The restaurant is spacious with multiple rooms. Keep in mind that it is not a full-service restaurant, so you order at the counter and your items are brought to you.
