I'm really glad Stillwater has a top notch ramen place like this. I've had the Tori Paitan ramen, Chili Shoyu ramen, and Ma Po Tofu ramen which were all fantastic. The appetizers are also great, the fried oyster mushrooms and chili wontons in particular. Service is always very fast and attentive.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian appetizers such as the spring rolls and veggies wontons, and the Ma Po Tofu ramen can be made vegetarian.

I am so shocked that this place has 5 stars. I am not a hater, or a Karen, and I’m a stoner (so I’m not picky) but this is the most bland ramen I’ve ever had. The broth tastes more like salt than anything else. My ramen was supposed to have pork belly, a fatty cut of meat, tell me how there was ZERO fat. My extremely sensitive to spice sister, got a “spicy” dish, and said it was barely even tickling her nose. A super disappointing experience.

Hidden at the back of an Asian market, this is truly a hidden gem in Stillwater. Only about 15 seats at a bar top and a 6 person table, this was quaint and an overall great experience. We had a group of 6 and went on a Saturday night around 6:30 and had to wait around an hour to be seated. Plenty of things to see walking around the shop though. The food was delicious. $12-$13 for most entrees, which is a good price considering the bowls are huge. This was a great experience!Dietary restrictions: Nut-free kitchen, Beef Pho is the only gluten free option but took every precaution for my friend who is gluten-free

My family and I removed from HI to Stillwater, and HI has a multitude of cuisines to eat. And I had been craving ramen of some kind plus I wanted to visit the Asian market that is in the front of the restaurant. We have been to the restaurant twice already and my youngest son actually is friends with the son at that owns the Asian market. But, I wanted to see how their ramen compared to the ramen that I was used to eating in HI. Actually my whole family was because we have had really terrible ramen in HI and fabulous ramen. (Also I had trouble connecting the fact that pho was on the menu since this dish is not Japanese - it's actually Vietnamese.) The first visit:We ordered the Not Your Grandmother's pork and cabbage gyoza. We all enjoyed the gyoza. I was meh on the dipping sauce. I wanted the sauce to be more acidic. But overall the gyoza was great. Kudos also for not calling them potstickers. LOLMy oldest son ordered the spicy Chinese beef noodle soup. He said he really enjoyed his meal and would order it again. My husband ordered the chili shoyu ramen. He said it came pretty close to what he expected to shoyu ramen. Including all the toppings, like the nori and the soft boiled egg. He said he's not sure if the would be a ramen place he would come to again. (Thus the 4 star rating) But he tends to be picky. My younger son ordered the Shoyu ramen. My younger son LOVES ramen. Did I say he loves ramen?! He said it was really good and enjoyed all the toppings and cleaned his bowl. (He's 11. So for him to do that is pretty impressive. Plus he was loves the toppings.) It was so good that before we left he said he wanted to come back. I also ordered the Shoyu ramen as well. I liked my ramen, I enjoyed the toppings as they were pretty close as you could get to the real deal. Also, I think my noodles wanted my noodles to be slightly less al dente. I would've liked them to be slightly softer. BUT the thing that I did not understand was the micro greens. That isn't a ramen topping. Green onions yes, micro greens no. Otherwise the broth was good. I tend to judge any ramen or pho by the the taste of the broth. If it tastes like trash, I'll eat it but I'll choose to eat something else. Also the char shiu was good but not seasoned enough. Overall the first visit was good. We all left happy and full!Second visit: (This time my husband didn't come with us, as he was out of state) Appetizer:We ordered the gyoza again. Since it went over so well the first time around, and the kids enjoyed them so much I figured it was a good choice. Again I'd love for the sauce to be more acidic. My oldest son this time ordered something different. He ordered the spicy shoyu ramen. He did say he wanted to order the Chinese spicy noodle soup. But he wanted to try something different, so he choose this. (He said that he didn't like the cilantro. He said that was his fault for not realizing that it was in the soup, so he should have said he didn't want it in his dish. My younger son ordered the Tori Paiten ramen. He said it was really good, but also realized his also had cilantro and the micro greens. But was ok. He enjoyed his ramen as well. But could have done without the micro greens and cilantro. We all think cilantro tastes like soap. LOL!! I ordered the pho. I love pho. Other than ramen, that's my second favorite kind of noodles. I was shocked at the amount of noodles I got. It was so much! LOL I was disappointed that I didn't get a choice of meat for my pho. In HI most pho restaurants allow you to choose what kind of meat you'd like in it. Or if you'd like seafood. Also, normally the basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños are served on the side. Not already placed in the dish itself. It's put on a plate on the side, so you can put how much you would like in the bowl yourself. The broth was ok. But I did enjoy it and fulfilled the craving for pho and/noodles. There so far that we've found 2 restaurants that serve ramen and pho in Stillwater. By far Devoted is hands down

Devoted was an unexpected find. Excellent atmosphere and service. The sawn tree bar was tasteful and reminiscent of rural Japanese sushi bars and ramen yas. The spicy shoyu ramen was spicy enough to clear your sinuses, but not so spicy that you couldn't taste the freshness of the ingredients. The broth was worth finishing. Gyoza and steamed dumplings were an excellent accompaniment to the meal.

Devoted has been on my radar for a hot minute, and when the weather turned rainy and cold, I knew it was time to seize the opportunity to see if it lived up to the hype.It did that and then some.Tucked away inside the Crepe Myrtle Asian Market, it would be easy to miss this, quite literally hidden gem.Once you've made it all the way back. You notice that the vibe and decor changes. They did a wonderful job remodeling the back space into a cozy restaurant (seats maybe 25).We got there at a good time, as there were only 4 groups ahead of us, and a line of 30+ people quickly formed behind us. We signed up on their paper sign-in sheet (important not to miss this step) and waited 20-30 minutes while chatting with people in line.Once inside, we tried the Takoyaki to start. Delicious.Since it was chilly and wet outside, I opted to try the Chili Shoyu Ramen. There are not many places that I'll rave about, but I've been raving about how out of this world good this ramen is.The broth is divine, and the texture of the noodles is perfect. Even though this version of the shoyu ramen is spicy, it isn't overwhelmingly so. Just enough to be enjoyable and open up the sinuses. My bowl was completely empty at the end. You better drink the broth. The service was friendly and checked on us often, and it's a wonder watching the well-oiled machine that is the 7-8 man team that is devoted.I will be back, and you should go if you have time to spare. Just be prepared, the tempting aromas will definitely stimulate your appetite during your wait!

Holy moly some of the best ramen I've ever had! I've had the privilege to try a handful of ramen restaurants around the US and this was up top! I ordered the tonkotsu ramen , and the broth was extremely flavorful and satisfying, seasoned eggs were perfection, pork was delicious, and all the other toppings were well balanced with the rest of the dish. Also had their "first date" wings and wow I'm amazed! I'm not much of a wings gal but my friends insisted, and they did not disappoint. Definitely recommend. The staff was all so friendly and accommodating, super helpful and attentive. The location is the cutest little dine in area which was so cozy and made the experience more personal. In addition it's located inside the Asian market which made the wait time fun!
