Devoted is my favorite restaurants in Stillwater! The food, service and value are top notch. This is where we bring friends and family when they visit from out of town. Great place!
I absolutely love this place and the people who run it. Always amazing food and service. Best place to get Ramen in Stillwater. Their dumplings are freaking out of this world.
