We just paid over $40 for three meals plus some extra rolls, and every single meal had something wrong. One was missing its side, another was missing chicken strips, and one even had undercooked chicken.
For the price and the long wait, it’s absolutely not worth it. Just a heads up so nobody else has to deal with the same thing.

Just got food from here. Get home and I'm missing the cole slaw that was supposed to be in my order. It's not the first time I've had missing items. I really don't think anyone acctually checks that the order is all there before they hand you the bag. I would have gone back, but by the time I'd get home, the rest of my food would be cold. Don't believe I'll be going again.

The food here is amazing but what makes me more upset is practically every time I go through the drive thru to order the boys are ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT SOMETHING DUMB instead of working. The wait time is ridiculous and EVERY TIME I ASK FOR SPICY TENDERS THEY HARDLY EVERY COME OUT SPICY. Today I went in around 2pm and they gave my original tenders instead of spicy. But I was on my lunch break so I couldn’t go back to the correct ones I wanted.

I have dined at a few Golden Chick locations over the years. This one has the longest wait times, the least fresh food, and the worst customer service. I usually never write reviews about things like this, however, I'd like to point something out.
When I received my drink, they handed a box of bendy straws out of the window like you'd see at your grandmother's house or at a party. They were not individually wrapped and I had to reach my hand in the box. I don't believe that to be very sanitary. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and I will not be back to Stillwater's Golden Chick.
Golden Chick is my absolute favorite food spot in Stillwater! The food here is always fresh, delicious, and full of flavor — truly the best comfort food in town. You can tell the whole team works really hard to keep everything top-notch.
A special shoutout to Cody, who always goes above and beyond with his kindness and dedication. He’s one of the hardest-working employees I’ve seen, and he consistently makes the experience even better every time I visit.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and amazing service. Golden Chick never disappoints!

I’ve recently moved from another state and never tried or heard of Golden Chick before. Tried it out the first time through door dash and it tasted pretty good. Came back in person to try it out again and it ruined my experience for eating there. There was one guy working there and it wasn’t even close to closing yet. Grabbing food with his hands and no gloves. Flies and garbage everywhere, it was disgusting. I really hope they can find a good ground to stand on when it comes to Service and Sanitation
