this used to be one of my husband and i’s favorite places. service tonight was absolutely awful.
we placed a pickup order with two 3 tender combos, corn nuggets, and fries about 10 minutes ahead of time. when we arrived, the person operating the DT speaker was extremely unprofessional and didn’t know how to turn their headset off(???)
we were told to just come inside to wait. my husband waited 15+ minutes for our order that we SCHEDULED AHEAD OF TIME. and after all that we didn’t even get the right food!!! mac n cheese was missing from my husband’s combo, as well as his zing sauce.
i’ve been working in food service nearly 10 years, so i usually give some grace- but tonight’s service was horrendous.

The wing tonight was hard and almost inedible because it been sitting for to long and was not fresh at all. I usually have good experience but not tonight

Came in with i people. All individual orders. Got 6 orders right out. The rest took 15 minutes and they still missed an order, and acted like we stole a whole meal. Then they were rude about it. Won't go back to stillwater location.

Golden Chick was possibly one of the nastiest places I've ever eaten. I've tried to eat it a few times. It's just it's worse and worse and worse. I will never eat there again

There was a total of 4 employees “clocked in” and the only one working (window & packaging food) was the woman. She took our order & packaged our food while 3 men stood in the back talking and on their phones!!! One even came outside to look at the drive-thru line and did NOTHING to help the woman at the window! Just stood in the back with the door WIDE open for all customers to see! (At least 8-10customers in line) We waited 40min for food in the drive-thru because they were too busy socializing in the back to do their job!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! The lady was running the whole store by herself! TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO THEIR JOB!!

This has to be my Go-To spot. The workers are fast and friendly. The atmosphere is great and very clean for a fast food restaurant! My food is always made correctly!!

Went through the drive thru this evening for dinner. Manager handled food with no gloves, no hat or hair net. When I received my food the salad was expired. I went inside and was told they couldn’t process a return/refund because it was a new system and they didn’t know how. So, now I have to return the food tomorrow and get a refund. What a waste of time. I don’t think it’s safe to eat here if the managers can’t follow food safety guidelines.

The day I went in the A/C was being worked on. Thankfully it wasn't 100° out! I must say the employees were in a good mood, the food was good and the restaurant was clean. The employees had a small rush and handled it well. It's my go to spot and I hope they continue to bring the good food and happy employees!

Food is good but they have the worst customer service on the planet. I’m not sure what possesses companies to even want employees representing them like that. They feel like they can treat you any way they want to and they take FOREVER to get orders done. They are never busy enough to take an hour on a DoorDash order. There was a woman who informed me she was the manager and she could take as long as she pleased on the DoorDash orders because her drive thru is most important.. mind you there were literally maybe 10 people all together including drive thru, inside and the DoorDash drivers. She tried to lie and say she was the only one there; however, there were 2 other people in the back. To me a fast food restaurant that literally never had more than 10 customers at a time doesn’t need anymore employees to run the place than the three that were there a lot more efficient than them. If you need a new manager literally there are people BEGGING for jobs right now that would work faster and harder than any of them..
