I live out of town. Closest store is Stillwater. I order a day ahead to be picked up at 2 the next day. Call ahead 4 times before I leave to be sure they have the order…. No answer any of the times. Arrive at 1:55- worker says it’s not ready. It will just take 15 min to decorate. No worries! Things happen, you get busy... I understand.
