There was not one customer in the store, at least three workers in the clock, and it was a mess. This was the second time we’ve been in, and last time we figures it was because they were too busy to clean up. Now I am thinking maybe not. The tall curvy worker was goofing off again tonight just like the last time we were in, talking and distracting other employees from providing good customer service.

I ordered a birthday cake a month in advance and also called a few days before to change the pickup time and confirm my order. The day of to go pick it up they said they can’t find the order and don’t have anything they can do. I am extremely displeased with this and the fact that all they did was say sorry can’t help you. Everyone makes mistakes, but how you handle the fallout says a lot about the business and employees. Will NOT give them any money in the future.
