Ordered through the app and got the wrong thing due to a malfunction. Okay, not the stores, fault. I go in to get it Changed from quarter pounders to big macs, one with no cheese and pickles and extra onions. I had to ask twice to get the correct order and still had to pull the cheese off myself, & the fries didn't have the iconic mcdonalds taste. Not coming back.

Came in to get a fish sandwich and a meal. There is now some stupid pickup window that is shared by dine in customer, to go order, and online pickup as well as door dash. There is no cashier.. . Waited over 15 min in dining room for my food. The food was wrong, the fish sandwich has shrunk in size and gone up in price. I was given the wrong drink. There was also no napkins. A lady came up for a refill and was ignored. The soda machines are missing.

Ordered a kids meal and 2 apple pie kids meal fries old and cold! Apple pies were super cold! Asked for honey mustard got bbq sauce. Was visiting from out of state. Definitely not coming back to this location this location didn’t even try..

Did not give me what I ordered. Lady in the drive through was terrible and did not know what she was doing. I asked for a burger with meat and cheese only and after repeating it to her 4 times the order was still messed up. I would go to the macdonalds across town before I went back to this one.
