The day shift and night shift are literally night and day. Day shift- good attitudes and friendly, hardly any wait, food is fresh and good. Night shift- not the greatest attitudes but I don’t want to pin every associate because there are a few nice ones, longer wait, cold food. Tonight my food was cold and hard and I waited 20 minutes for it, which would be fine if it was hot and fresh. I will no longer be coming during the evening.
There was no wait. Food was served very quick. It was very good service.
I went to this location last night and got a Big Mac with no lettuce and extra pickle, jr cheeseburger, medium fry, and a 4 count nugget with S&S sauce. Big Mac had mayo instead of Mac sauce? With only 3 pickles. The nugget sauce tasted old, the jr cheeseburgers bun kept falling apart. We also waited about 20 minutes for the food
