Manager Lucas is the only reason for 3 stars! All of our order was cold and wrong. Lucas was willing to listen to us and resolved the problem. This guy deserves a raise lol!

This McDonald’s is also marking their DoorDash orders ready to be picked up before they are ready. I get alerts stating the order is ready to be picked up and I show up 4-5 minutes later and they are still waiting on items to be cooked. They are obviously doing this to make it look as though they are getting all their orders prepped on time. Terrible management practices and very shady !!! McDonald’s replied to my other review saying they wanted me to contact them to look in to the issue further but did not provide me with a case number

Changing my review from 3 stars to 1. They just can't seem to get orders right at all. Wait times in empty drive throughs are exceeding 15-20 minutes and the order is always incorrect. Please explore all other options before getting food here.

I keep giving this location a try because it’s on my way to work out of the dozen times I have come here my coffee was hot twice. Yes I get 7 creamer but how is it the one on 6th ave my coffee is always hot but here it never is

I know every place has their bad days but this visit was so frustrating. I'm not even from this area but I will not be back when I'm in town again. Ordered 2 $5 meal deals for to go. Watched a ton of door dashers and mobile order folks come and go as I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order. They told the other people waiting for mobile orders/door dash they were making fries. When I finally received my food the fries did not even seem like they were fresh, which was even more frustrating because why did I have to wait so long?? In the grand scheme of things my expectations for any McDonald's location is low and it's a meal for 5 bucks but my receipt said my order was taken at 4:12 and I walked out at 4:28. Not cool, y'all.
