In Stillwater, oklahoma they have it so COLD in here with the air conditioning, we have to wear winter coats. Customers are going to other places as it is too darn cold to eat here. Where is management? We have complained over and over. PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS, PANERA!!!!!
I love Panera! I've been going to this location for years. my only issue is the amount of money I spend on a salad (whole or half) isn't bad IF i get the amount of food advertised! I got a half Caesar and it only covers the bottom of the container! that's it! literally the bottom. I appreciate the staff but I want what I pay for.
Worst Panera location ever visited. Waitstaff was rude. when asked about a particular item, they huffed and puffed, said it had been discontinued and wouldn't be back. DO NOT ORDER Bacon Avocado Cheese melt. Cheese was not melted. No bacon strips, when unwrapped all the bacon "bits" fell out. Bread was greasy, not toasted. The Everything Bagek seasoning was caked on making sandwich too garlicy and almost salty. Not Worth $11. The Chicken Noodle soup was cold and there was no chunk...read full review
