20 minutes past expected delivery time, I live about a mile away. I got cold pizza, I don't mean warm, I mean cold. The pizza also came in a banged up box. The delivery guy said sorry though, so I guess that's something.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Just placed an order that we had to repeat 3 times to two different people and when we got there to pick it up it wasn't anywhere close to what we ordered. They did not offer to fix it and was very rude when I told her that was not what we ordered over the phone. We ended up walking out with no pizza and ended up ordering from Dominoes down the road, if you want good service and great pizza go to Dominoes!
papa johns is amazing! had car trouble last night and was suppose to pick up my pizza. after informing them of my troubles and being an hour late for pick up they made me a new fresh pizza! thank you so much! just the right amount of positivity to get me through a damper of an evening.
