The chicken was the best part. Very tender and juicy. The pork chop was pretty dry. I did like how tender the ribs were, but maybe put the bbq sauce on the side instead of all over it. The cherry pie was good and the top of the German chocolate cake was pretty good, but the cake itself was a little dry. The sides were amazing. Those mashed potatoes were wonderful and the carrots were perfectly cooked. The server seemed to be hard to get the attention of in such a small environment....
Oh my goodness!!!! This was quite a treat! The staff was extremely friendly, especially the owners. Food was fantastic, imagine your momma's cooking, but not having your momma stand over the stove all day. Everything is from scratch and the menu changes daily. Get the all you can eat because it is worth it and they don't skimp on the portions, but don't get too full because you absolutely have to save room for homemade dessert! Overall this was a fantastic family...
Roscoe’s is absolutely amazing. Andy closed the whole restaurant for our special Olympics team and they were absolutely prepared to host and feed 40+ people without a single issue. The food was amazing right down to the cornbread appetizer that is waiting for you when you are seated. At 6’4 240lbs the first plate they brought me was delicious and more than enough too fill me up. The staff was incredible as was Andy himself. He made sure to encourage and engage with everyone...
