We chose to try Roscoe’s based on really good Google reviews. The food was homemade, delicious and they give really big portions. We had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, carrots and green beans. Everything was great! The staff is friendly and checked with customers regularly. Lots of conversations and laughter amongst the tables. It’s a family friendly restaurant where nobody is a stranger. Next time we’re in Stillwater, we will be back!
We were greeted as we walked in the door, and made to feel very welcome. We had never been there before and they explained that we choose meat and veg and they plate it for us. We were served our drinks and cornbread and enjoyed our meals. The meatloaf, turkey and dressing and beef stroganoff were all delicious, along with all the sides. We all tried each others' foods, because everyone's plates were mouthwatering to look at! We even shared cake for dessert. Highly recommend...
This is the place to go to have a wonderful at home meal. The owner was great, and the staff was as friendly as can be. The moment we walked through the doors, we felt right at home (first time). We will definitely be coming back again!!
