I placed an online order and then went to the store for pickup. I understand that they were busy and honestly, I didn't mind waiting for my food. However, 20 to 30 minutes before my food order came out, my drink was made waiting on the shelf. By the time my food was ready, the ice had melted, so my soda was watered down. They could have given me the drink to sip on while I waited instead of it sitting on the shelf. Now I do recommend trying their jar desserts as they are quite delicious. I will still come here because their chicken recipe is the closest to my great grandma's chicken recipe and will order again when I am missing her. Their sauces are freshly made every time I go I try a different sauce on the sauce menu.
Parking: Smaller parking area in front and bigger parking in the back. There are 3 entery/ exit points, 2 are in the front and 1 in the back.

Food is what you expect, they always have you pull up cause it takes a while, buts it's always prepared fresh, so I'm good with it. Employees are friendly, especially the young black woman on evening drive thru.
I ordered a 6 Wing Meal and it was gross the wings had barely any meat on them it took them forever to get our order the food was just not good quality and the wings were just not worth the price both in taste and quantity. I would seriously not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Parking: There's plenty of parking unless there's a football game then you'll have trouble finding a parking spot.

As well as some delicious chicken, crispy onion rings, fresh cut french fries they have a plethora of interesting sauces to compliment your food. Their brownies are really good too.
