I posted a picture of a chicken strip I bought today.
It doesn't look like chicken.
well thats customer service for ya.
i understand mistakes happen. but when i only order two drinks and only one has a flaver add in. im kinda surprised when i get home to discover it isnt there. so i drive back and explain the problem. and all i get is "ok, what size". then nothing. they finally come out and swap it out. no sorry about that, no have a nice day , no here a drink token for driving all the way back ( something other sonics do all the time). just swaps it out...read full review

Sonic Drive-In is a historic location, the FIRST Sonic Drive-In, with diverse outdoor seating and a bar-style area near historical markers. They stay open late, perfect for date nights. The drinks, like the sweet cream Dr. Pepper and Cherry-Limeaid, were well-made with customizations and handled well. Car hops were friendly and orders were made right and fast, with the staff very nice. Parking is in stalls with menu screens, and wheelchair accessibility is good with designated spaces and a ramp. The food is always made after you have pressed the red button and placed your order. This is one of the most consistently good Sonic locations, a tradition and a classic.
