I got in line at 1am to pickup my doordash order and by the time i got to the speaker box they were so incredibly rude and said they can't do door dashes past 1:30 EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN WAITING SINCE 1 ANDDD MY CUSTOMERS PLACED THE ORDER LONG BEFORE 1:30!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THE WORKERS ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE AND LAZY.

Waited in line for 45 mins to pick up my call in order which I called it in so it would be ready by the time I arrived but since I didn't stop at the speaker and tell them I had a call in order that I had already paid for might I add, that I would have to go back in line wait another 45 mins stop at the speaker box and let them know I have a call in order so that they have time to get it ready... Question why in the F is it not already ready, it was called in for the exact reason "to be ready by the time I get there!!!!!

The line took forever, the workers were beyond rude when I asked if there was any way they could re make my doordash order and bring it out to me rather than have me go all the way through the hour long line again just because they didnt have my order. The manager was in there SITTING eating a CHEESEBURGER and they were still not willing to do anything to make my customer experience even near somewhat okay. I understand you can not bend rules all the time but I have worked in several restaurants before where we would make sure the customer left with a smile on their face no matter what we had to do. I left with no smile on my face and do no plan to have one anytime I pass by this taco bell.

I don't care for the push to use the kiosks to order. Being greeted by the kiosks are open isn't great. And it typically takes twice as long to order using one.

Kevin is the bomb! He takes pride in his food and I was the winner. The Mexican Pizza is the best I have had at any Taco Bell. The food fresh and hot. Need more Kevin's. I wish more people took pride in their job like he does.

They don’t track their third party orders. Someone took ours and they wouldn’t remake it or attempt to resolve it in any way. When we verified they don’t confirm orders before handing them out, the guy said “do you see how busy we are?” Awful service. They wouldn’t even take orders at the register. Another person was waiting to order and the staff instructed them to use the kiosk- this individual struggled until another customer realized and helped them at the kiosk.
