This is the 2nd time that I have been to this location. On the first occasion, everything was fair. The second time, though, after ordering and paying, I was not offered a receipt or any type of mild or hot sauce. The person working the window shut the window as soon as my bag was handed out. I then had to wait for said person to come back to the window so that I could ask for a receipt and some sauce packets. They obliged to both my requests but not before saying, "We are understaffed."...read full review
I just want to say that I know this place is understaffed (as most places are in stillwater) but missing 2 items off of our orderand the order of the #8 no meat and cheese was made twice instead of the burritos that were ordered. There is no screen outside that shows us the order being placed by the cashiers. I feel as if this issue was fixed mistakes like these wouldn't happen.

Kevin is the bomb! He takes pride in his food and I was the winner. The Mexican Pizza is the best I have had at any Taco Bell. The food fresh and hot. Need more Kevin's. I wish more people took pride in their job like he does.
