I've been in twice recently to get the 80's classic, a Meximelt. The first time there was no melt, not a speck of cheese. The second time it was mostly meat sauce, again almost no cheese and so soggy you needed silver ware. When I asked to talk to the manager they fobbed me off on a clerk who was rude and insisted they knew how to make one. Apparently not. BTW the cheesarito was delish! Listen here I love this place but we need to have a conversation about a few things...First off when they hit lunch rush at all i can feel the employee morale going down either or because of the manger being down thier throat to hurry with no reinforcement of doing a good job or the customers being impatient or bossy with thier food. The taco bell on perkins is amazing not just the food but but the manager Erik! He went out of his way to help me fix my mess up. This kind act restored a little faith in humanity. Kind people and good food that's where it's at!
