We love the “Cajun Trailer.” The owners are great people and the food is awesome!! I Have tried everything on the menu and nothing disappoints!The only bad part about going here is deciding what to get……because if I get boudin balls, I feel like red beans and rice feels left out!
It's something that you can find everyday. So we tried it while we're on Talihina. It's quite an experience. I love the gumbo I had

Hands down best food truck I’ve ran into. And being a carpenter that’s saying alot. We eat here every chance we get while in Talihina. If you have the opportunity and don’t take it I promise you’re missing out. Thx again guys
