“I’m from out-of-state and ate here tonight with my mother. It was Great!!!! The service was amazing. We were checked on constantly. Our food came out incredibly fast. We shared Pollo Poblano which came out sizzling and remained hot our entire meal. We also shared a beef enchilada which was plenty big with cheese sauce. My Corona came with a chilled mug with fresh squeezed lime juice on the bottom. We asked for the hot sauce and it was top notch. This was as good (if not better) than some urban restaurants. Support this business. They are doing everything right!”

“Absolutely PHENOMENAL food! The ribs are huge and amazingly tender. The loaded potatoes are stuffed full, and the nachos (both brisket and chicken) are smothered with goodness. The customer service is top tear every time as well!”

“Stopped by to feed the children and thought pizza would satiate the mob. One didn't want pizza; he wanted spaghetti, but they didn't have spaghetti, so we ordered him penned pasta and meatballs. One got a 12" pepperoni pizza, and one got a 9" cheese pizza. We, as adults, got the 4 meat 4 cheese calzone ring and a salad bar. The salad was good, and the lettuce mix was fresh. Tomatoes were crunchy and not soggy, and of course, that amazing Mazzio's ranch dressing was a must. It was fulling and delicious, and it got the kids out of the truck for a bit, so it was a nice change.

“Techumseh McDon's is the best one around. When you order a cheese burger a certain way they never mess it up, and the cheese is actually melting because it's so hot lol. This one and the one in Shawnee at the end of kickapoo are the best in my opinion”

“This store has gone through alot , from staff and management changes, it at one time was borderline line down for such a new store, rude employees and lazy management. Went in there today and the store is really clean, service was fast, and employees smiling and happy to serve. Food was fresh, atmosphere is ok, just store is small. Definitely 1000 percent improvement with new management, and employees who care, Definitely will make the stop for my sandwiches.”

“I’ve lived in Shawnee since 2016 and somehow I’ve never stopped by this place despite knowing it was here. After a neighbor and her friend were raving about the stir fry, we knew we had to try it too. Everything was amazing! I’ll start with the appetizers: If you’re a fan of the still-closed (as of 7/2024) Shawnee Pho then you’ll love the “Fresh Rolls” here at Saya Thai (comparable to SP’s Spring Rolls). Get extra sauce and load up! Moving on to the main course, I went for the Garlic Stir Fry with a Spicy Level 1 because I love spicy food but not so spicy I can’t taste my food. They have a scale of 5 for theirs, and my neighbor recommended a 2.5 so my husband went for a 3 with his Crying Tiger — which is a 12oz steak. I don’t think I could handle the continuous building of spice from his, but it was absolutely fantastic! Mine was moreso flavoring than spicy, so I’ll be doing at least a 2 next time. Desert: We don’t normally make it a habit, especially when we’re so full we have leftovers, but this place was too amazing not to. We went for the fried bananas and ice cream. I wish there was more chocolate and caramel but only because I don’t like coconut so I skipped the ice cream. The bananas are so gooey but the texture doesn’t get weird. So worth the price! As for the service and the atmosphere, everything was great. The service was perfect and the staff was very kind. I also really loved how the place was set up and decorated. Very simple and great lighting. I’ll definitely be back before I leave for Denver this weekend, and again when I return!”

“From the moment we walked through the door, I would have to say that our experience at this Chili’s location was the most pleasant visit that my husband and I have *EVER* had in a restaurant. No lies, hands down. We were greeted with genuine professionalism and courtesy from every team member we encountered, start to finish. Our service professional was Davin, and he was sublime! He was professional, funny and patient, never “forgot” about us or was too busy for us - which I thought was pretty amazing, considering that every single table in the restaurant was occupied. We received our orders quickly and everything was so well cooked - my husband’s pasta was al dente and my steak and broccoli were perfection. It may seem odd to gush about a Chili’s, but friends, I could not be more sincere. When I looked around, I noticed that the staff were all smiling, moving with purpose, and seemed to be very happy to be a part of this team - communicating with each other on the floor and performing their duties with pride and a fluidity I haven’t seen before. This Shawnee location is special - a well oiled machine and a completely cohesive team! Chili’s is our favorite restaurant and we’ve been to many - but we have *never* had service OR food at the level that this store and staff provided for us.

I contacted the restaurant by Facebook on Easter Sunday to ask if would be possible to take some salsa and chips to take to a life-long friend who is in the hospital in Duncan, Okla. He grew up and lived many years in Meeker, and was a devoted customer of Abuelita Rosa, and loves their salsa. The staff agreed to prepare a special order that I picked up Monday before opening and took down to Duncan as a surprise. Not only did they have the salsa, but also queso, tortillas, chips. It was a great spread and really uplifted this whole family. This simply confirms my already high opinion of Abuelita Rosa!”
