I made reservations for my 51st birthday with my family and was looking forward to a great steak dinner. Unfortunately, the server set the tone in the beginning, he was overly obnoxious, spoke very loudly and repeated himself over and over and over again. The menu features delicious dishes, such as excellent French soup, flavorful steaks that taste like a blend of beef and butter, Wagyu beef carving board, and fresh fish known for its flakiness. Sides like mac n' cheese, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and brussel sprouts are not to be missed. The food was cooked to perfection and the service was consistently impeccable. Servers were polite and knowledgeable of the menu, making awesome recommendations. Kirby's also offers phenomenal sea bass and lobster risotto, as well as lamb chops with mushroom risotto.
