First off, quite a few reviews state this as a Buffett.
What are they talking about , you walk up , place order , and sit down at tall round tables. Variety of food is Good! Quality of food is pretty Good.
I would say way better than IHOP. Most places are short staffed , not many want to work for a living. I say give staff a break ! Unless you want to get in there and make it better. Too many big Baby Complainers these days.

Everyone should try this Grill, it's absolutely the best the hamburger on earth , my wife and I ate there Jan 11th, Her chicken grilled sandwich was wonderful and the staff are extremely nice and helpful, I highly recommend everyone to try this place. It's awesome!!
