No cardio machines because it’s just for strength training which is what a gym is supposed to be & I love that approach! The recovery area (red light therapy, cold plunges, dry sauna & compression machines) is absolutely top tier & all the nice equipment is literally top notch brand new solid steel state of the art equipment from Germany!

The price is very reasonable for all you get & the community is very supportive of each other. Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of in my life & I’ve joined many over the years. The bartender upstairs was quick with drinks. Thanks for having nonalcoholic beer as I don't drink anymore. It was a great evening. I opted to park at the Bass Pro Shop and walk as I won't pay $20 to park anywhere in bricktown.“

“i like it. however, using the wheel chair to get around can be difficult. cant see over or thru the saloon doors to where the bathroom is...thats a hazzard that could easily bang my head or the broken parts of my leg. the bathroom is very small also which puts me in a great position to be slamed into when the door is opened on me. finally, when i exit the bar thru the double doors, theres no clear path to get to the ramp. every single person has to get up, and move their chairs or tables out of the way for me.“

“The bar and restaurant are in the Aloft Hotel in Oklahoma City. The bartender, Megan, at the Wxyz, was fantastic. She was very friendly, service was great, and she went out of her way to assist me. Both the restaurant, Levithate, and the Chef were absolutely wonderful. Some of the best food I have had. I highly recommend choosing that restaurant and bar if you are in town.

With K-Pop playing in the background and a cool, rock-and-roll-inspired decor, the vibe is really unique. I also noticed they have karaoke rooms, which would be a blast with friends in the evening. Lunch hours run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, and the service was excellent. My server was polite, professional, and made me feel right at home. I’m looking forward to coming back for dinner since I prefer a more traditional setup for Korean cuisine.
