First of all I applaud any bbq business for the effort and time they put in. The barbecue is good but lacks much flavor. Oakhart and Luke’s BBQ has a lot more flavor great barbecue in my opinion. Burn Co is pretty good as well. You don’t get much at 1907 BBQ for $23. 2 ribs and a scoop of chopped brisket. (Compare that to a whole rack of ribs for $28-30 somewhere else.) Mac was dry (don’t judge, I bought it for my kid lol) I really am not that picky but the Mac wasn’t...
These guys completely nailed the ribs, brisket, and sausage. I have eaten at scores of barbecue places around the world and this was top-five for me for sure. Nice job gentlemen. If you don’t have it already, you’re going to need a much bigger place.
The best ribs I’ve ever had! The pulled pork with their sweet bbq sauce was amazing! And the brisket Mac n cheese? To die for! We are from Washington and are having bbq withdrawals because of this food!
