First experience at Andy's. Freezing temperatures outside, and we were the only people in the drive thru. The employee CAME OUTSIDE to take our order and then ran back in to meet us at the window. From ordering to driving away I think the entire experience was one minute. And the custard was delicious. Big props to this employee for still going above and beyond during down/slow time. Idk if they're supposed to do that but meeting us at the drive through in this weather...
The staff today was hands-down, the most respectful quickest, most legit staff I’ve ever dealt with at any customer service location I would 10 out of 10 to anybody best ice cream in town. Shout out to Isaac specifically Who took my order and took care of me. He’s got a bright future ahead of him and they should be ecstatic to have him working for their company.
Always awsome only negative thing I could possibly say is the person outside taking orders can sometimes be a bit more upbeat if I may a few have seemed like it was the end of the world with thier mood
