I’m so sick of this place. First they have a double double chocolate malt which is like cocaine.
THEN they come out with a pumpkin pie concrete that has ACTUAL pumpkin pie in it.
STOP I’M GAINING TOO MUCH WEIGHT

Went into Andy's at the last minute. Looking more for ice cream and had the most delightful experience with Ashley. I believe she's the manager but she was helping us and just had the most delightful and kind way of being and customer service. When she was describing different desserts she sounded like a commercial. It was so cute and we enjoyed ourselves and are so grateful for her kindness. The rest of her staff also just seemed so easy going. Very nice store and yummy custard

If you’re going to serve frozen strawberries, at least thaw them a bit first so I’m not biting into frozen chunks that taste like a freezer.

Went there at 11 to get my concrete and they didn’t even fill it up all the way and they handed it to me very rude staff I just would expect to get my full moneys worth especially if I’m paying $5.80 for a small
