Took wife and kids by to get them a treat. My young daughter ordered a scoop with Key Lime syrup and the rude people behind the counter refused to sell us it. Not sure why the key lime topping is on the menu if it isn’t for sale. We have been multiple times in the past and ordered the exact same thing without issues. We left and spent our money elsewhere. Horrible customer service

Me and someone else went to Andy's and ordered a choco express shake and a cream soda freeze. We pulled up to the windows and we're handed are shakes and took a sip and was met with a plain vanilla and chocolate shake. No Carmel or expresso, no creme soda AT ALL.

I don't get it. 9.96 for a large (normal glass size) cup of ice cream. $106 per gallon. No wonder they are still in business. It's very tasty but It's basically vanlla or choc. Dairy Queen with 15 add ons. 20 made up names on the menu. All are cup of ice cream with mixed ingredients For $106 gallon ..no one's history is that good.
Would you buy a $39 Quarter pounder?

Great little shop. Regardless of time of day the employees are nice and get the food out quick
It can get a little loud with the acoustics but over all a great place to treat yourself. I will definitely be back. The customer service was great too! Yes it was young kids working but they made the place lively and the service was great.
Parking: It can get a little tight, especially if the drive through line gets backed up. Over all worth it for the yummy treat!

This was my first time at Andy’s, I came with my family and my dad asked the worker taking our order, to give us a break down of the menu. Nathaniel went above and beyond, listing items and making a joke for each one- he recommended a peach drink and told us our “dreams would be just peachy” after trying it. He had the whole truck dying of laughter, simply because of his positive attitude and excitement to help- 10/10 service, we’ll definitely be back!

I have been waiting for months to get a concrete with fresh peaches. I even called in june to see when peaches would be available and I was told July. I finally went by on July 23. An employee was at the to go order sign with an iPad taking orders. When I told him what I wanted he said I could ONLY ORDER PEACHES THRU THE APP. I told him I did not have the App, I had called last month and was told July, I had driven a few MILES to come to their store for a concrete with peaches and I was there to order and pay. He said ONLY IF I ORDERED THRU THE APP. I guess I’ll be buying vanilla ice cream and fresh peaches and making it at home. I will NEVER go back!!

Fantastic frozen custard and the staff were so helpful and enthusiastic. You walk in and smell of fresh waffle cones is abundant. The options all sounded and looked so good that chosing one was difficult. I went with a key lime concrete and added homemade waffle cone crumbles. I also tried the James Brown Funky Jackhammer and it also was excellent, I was nervous about the amount of fudge but the flavor of the fudge was really enjoyable and higher quality.
Prices were very reasonable and a medium was more than I could finish after a very light lunch
