The male host can't even greet you on entering.Only directs you to a table and asks if that table is ok with you.Asked for the wifi-password. They gave me the wrong one and the waitress was going to find out what should be correct.She never returned with the password, only with the check.Other guest had same problem but she received the correct password...At the bar was a guest drinking beer and watching baseball.Besides his loudly conversation with an other visitor he was burping several times.Food was ok but don't expect anything special or tasty.Wouldn't recommend anybody going here.

Unfortunately it was ehhh. Everything was cold, poor quality. Waitress tried to a degree but got sidetracked with her back to us so literally had to go to the bar to pay tab. Super disappointed tbh. Love Applebee's but this one need alot of help.....
We haven’t been to an Applebees since 2017! We were so excited… but omg it was so bad! The combo appetizer was cold and had zero flavor in any of it, had to go get plates for the table, My son ordered a double cb it was literally one patty broke into two pieces stacked on top of each other. The waffle fries were disgusting over cooked and dehydrated. The regular fries were cold, greasy, lifeless! The bourbon burger lacked bourbon sauce just greasy and dry all at the same time!!!!!! My bourbon chicken was burnt the mashed potatoes tasted greasy! The manager said the double bourbon burger is made with two kids Pattie’s per corporate! Not to worry she took a couple of bucks off the ticket! After she offered us free cake… um darling we do not want any more of your trash/food… so we got a discount! Not enough to make us ever want to go to another Applebees ever ever again!

I got a chicken salad and when I was eating I got the core of the lettuce.The bartender opened a bottle with her mouth and I told her that was a big no no. Dirty tables and the guy that setted just had on a white t-shirt and jeans and did not look clean. September 17th and won't be back.

First off , the waiter got an attitude because she had to clean off the table She threw the rag at the table. Not sure what that was about but the rag splattered on me , pretty gross.2nd , one of the waiters seemed to have her kids and significant other with her. She had her kids running in and out the kitchen , which was crazy and unsanitary bcs kids can be gross . I was thinking what kinda place is this . I ordered some wings before her significant other and she looked to have been sneaking them free food while I was waiting 20+ min for mine, I mean we ordered the exact same thing and she came out with 2-3 plates of wings for her man and her kids. I witnessed her come with several plates of wings for her family before i got my food, keep in mind I came before they even showed up. Overall the place is horrible and dirty . there are much better places to eat in tulsa.. I ordered one alcoholic beverage and the 12.99 endless wings. Why did the waiter charge me for 3 drinks and 2 different orders of wings , bill was almost 100$ until they fixed it . Coincidentally, people who were waiting to be seated began walking out due to poor customer service at the front and dirty tables .DO NOT COME HERE. it’s probably the worst in the city. out back is next door , they are probably better lol.

Food was delicious ?, I don't know if it wasn't enough servers because it took forever to get asked what we would like to drink and I had to ask for water when I was eating my food. Then my check was $40 bucks and I handed him $100 bill after awful service he asked me did I need my change $60 dollars he didn't give $2 dollar service.

2 servers were trying but resturant had a paint smell and food was not good and took forever. Usually, it's an easy choice for a good basic dinner, but not this location again for me.

Omg... Where do I start. Let me start off with this. When we arrived the restaurant was pretty dead. We asked to be seated at a booth. They were all dirty. It took fifteen minutes and someone to tell the host to wipe a table down. It took another 10 minutes for the waiter to take our order. It took 45 min to get our food. Which was mediocre at best. Will not be coming back to this location.

The staff was great. The food was ok, the process is ridiculous. We waited for over an hour. Everyone is part time. There's ten positions open for work at this place. Better close it down. You are a distraction. You don't have enough people to run the specials advertised.

I rarely write negative reviews because they can be far more damaging than good reviews are beneficial, but we had a rather unpleasant experience tonight. First of all, it took 43 minutes for our food to arrive. When it was finally delivered, the Cole slaw was missing. When I asked them about it, they said they were out of it but could not offer a substitute. When we ordered our next plate (all you can eat wings), the order was delivered in 28 minutes. In the meantime, there was a man hollering and cursing at the top of his lungs in the men’s restroom, but management did nothing.

They were short staff. Took a while to get waited on and was skipped over. When I moved up to the bar I was able to get service. The buffalo wings weren't the best but the Asian sweet chili wings were awesome.

Don't go here for dinner. Waited over 30min for 2 orders of boneless wings, and 1 order of nachos. One order of wings were old and cold. An hour later then manager finally comped our order, it was the best thing of the entire visit. Drinks couldn't be refilled, people waiting at the front door, and leave after never being sat. Bartenders? Who's that? Three guys at the bar, and I never seen a bartender. Props to the buss boy, he's the only one I saw working is best and hardest.

The restaurant was not busy in fact it was about half full and we were standing waiting to be seated for over 5 minutes. There were 3 other couples also waiting to be seated. Finally an employee came over to us only to tell us that the kitchen was trying to catch up and that she could not even seat us because of this fact. We asked if we could sit at the bar she said no she can't seat anybody and that it was going to be at least 30 minutes before they would even be able to seat us or take our order everybody immediately walked out except for us we were trying to figure out some sort of alternative but she wasn't having it they just absolutely refused all of us food and service. It was absolutely ridiculous and I just wonder if the owners only knew what had occurred that they literally turned away 10 different people one family and two other couples plus us and we were not together by the way we were all separate families and they turned our business down

Honestly I hate having to write this at this point. Went in two weeks ago on a Monday which was as slow as to be expected, for the most part we had the restaurant to ourselves besides one other large party who came in after us.I generally enjoy Applebee's as its good on pricing and usually quiet but this experience made me never want to go back. Was at the restaurant for almost two and a half hours, went the entire meal on the first round of drinks because even when we stopped the staff to ask for refills they didn't bring any until we were already done eating and ready to leave, the staff kept hanging out at the kiosk on the back of the bar talking and laughing. Took over on hour for our food and when it came out the appetizers came out the same time as the entrees for half the table, the other half came out about 5-10 minutes later. Steak wasn't cooked right at all and never got the mac n cheese side for it despite asking three times before finally giving up. Charged for the refill of sweet tea I did get.I spoke with the manager on duty after she still tried to give me a full price check, and honestly wasn't satisfied with the solution offered but I was already frustrated so I paid and left with the intention of handling it later as I didn't want to get upset or make a scene in front of my kids. We ended up leaving and just grabbing a snack on the way home for the one of us who didn't get their sides and had the undercooked steak.Called the next day and spoke with the store manage who was nice enough. She was very apologetic and offered to refund the meal. That being said the terms of the refund keep changing nor was it put in the same day I called. I was originally told it would be 7 days, called in 8 days later to be told is was submitted the day after I called and it would be 7-10 days, called again today on day 12 just to be told it was 10 business days and I shouldn't expect it till Wednesday. Obviously frustrating for all involved that its taking so long to get resolved.I believe training does need addressed for staff on making sure their work is getting done and customer are taken care of. Better communication of the refund policy so customers done have to keep calling back.

Saturday, 08/05, placed an online order for the steak with 2 sides. I was given a pick up time of 5:28. I checked in online when I parked. The parking lot was fairly empty. At 5:35 I called the posted number to inquire about my order. I was told by the person who answered that the order was ready, they were bagging it and would bring it right out. At 5:45 I went inside to find my order. The restaurant was sparsely seated, so I knew the kitchen could not have been overwhelmed. Two servers asked if I was helped and each disappeared to find my order, never to return. At 5:50 another server asked if I had been helped, I told her that my order was now nearly 25 minutes late. She was the first to graciously apologize, and left to find my order. She returned with it minutes later and I left. In the car I was disappointed to find that my well-done steak was barely seared, mostly pink with a cold center and my coleslaw was substituted with mashed potatoes. The plated meal was so lukewarm that it didn't melt the cup of ice cream that they had put on top. I did not take my food back inside for fear of retaliation. It was a disappointing experience. I will not try again.
