I have always been a fan of Arby's, this particular restaurant was clean, the service not bad. The only issue here is that they had no sauces put out for you to use. You had to ask for them. Overall, the experience wasn't bad. No gluten free menu, but you can request the food without a bun.
Order was wrong but same style sandwich just the premium version which cost more and was more than I could eat. It was good but cost was high and threw part of it away because I couldn't eat it all.
The manager Katy completely unprofessional about forgotten product. Refused to answer my questions. Very rude.

Spoke to the GM and was assured this would never happen again, very understanding of the situation and resolved it with kindness. My rating changed for that reason.
