I made an online order through the website and then picked it up (over the weekend, 06/28/25). The food was already done by the time I got there (Impressive!), which was quick! I was happy that I didn't have to wait, so that was a PLUS!! Once I ck'd my food, I noticed my potato cakes were cold. So Alisha fried some fresh potato cakes, as well as my husband's curly fries. I have always been a fan of Arby's, this particular restaurant was clean, the service not bad. The only issue here is that they had no sauces put out for you to use. You had to ask for them. Overall, the experience wasn't bad. No gluten free menu, but you can request the food without a bun.
Order was wrong but same style sandwich just the premium version which cost more and was more than I could eat. It was good but cost was high and threw part of it away because I couldn't eat it all.
