My son wanted to try the new huge big cheesy burger they have. Unfortunately, when we got home it was completely raw. I get it, it's a huge burger but it was disappointing.

The drive-thru guy made a mistake on the order and said he could not fix it at the register and asked me to come inside he handed me the food for my order while I was still in the Drive-Thru. While I was inside waiting for nearly 20 minutes my food got cold. When the shift supervisor was available to help me I let her know what happened and she made it right by giving me a fresh order. I love it when a company does right by their customers. I will be back.

I went to order my food and the lady working the front was so rude! And as I was ordering she was giving me an attitude for no reason, I believe her tag said Mendy on it.
Me and my friends went it for some lunch nothing out the ordinary. But when I went to pay I got an attitude from a women I think her name was Mendy Mandy I made her give me her name either way I can care less she was rude about the whole interaction all because I payed in some change and took a couple extra minutes getting my change because that’s all I got. Rolling her eyes scuffing saying a lot of psh like if she was annoyed I was paying in change. Card bills or change doesn’t matter shouldn’t be getting rude because I took a couple extra secs to get some quarters to pay for my food. Whatever yall do deal with her she is not family friendly and if I see her again I don’t know what I’ll do but I know somthing will happen.
