The drive-thru guy made a mistake on the order and said he could not fix it at the register and asked me to come inside he handed me the food for my order while I was still in the Drive-Thru. While I was inside waiting for nearly 20 minutes my food got cold. When the shift supervisor was available to help me I let her know what happened and she made it right by giving me a fresh order. I love it when a company does right by their customers. I will be back.

529/24 I tried the big cheesy bacon burger at Arby's today, and it was just okay. Nothing special. The sandwich was cold, and I had to add a lot of salt to finish it. I think I'll stick with their roast beef from now on.Excellent and fast customer service, very clean restaurant.
