I stood in the lobby 10 minutes no one said as much as hello! only one other man there and he waited ten minutes for his order he had already placed! then I waited at least five more minutes for two Jamoca shakes and 2 cookies ? I refused to wait for an order of food! must have had a manager change ?

Just went through and got a classic beef and cheddar. One of the nastiest things ive ever attempted eating. Couldn’t even get one bite down. Stone cold hard as a rock bun, pretty sure I was served shaved cardboard instead of roast beef. Just absolutely disgusting. Last time I waste money at Arby’s!

The customer service at this location is outstanding. I have been coming here for years and I have never had any complaints. The associate working the drive thru at 6pm on October 23rd is the reason I am making this post. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Thank you to the manager here for keeping the best staff!

Probably been 10 years since I have been to Arby’s. Was craving a beef and cheddar. Went to the one by my house and ordered one. There was barely any cheese on it. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. Maybe ten years from now, I’ll try again. Wasn’t what I remembered.Also ordered dine in and they gave me a carry out bag.Try a different one besides the one by TU next time.

The staff was rude especially general manager Bo Basma. I had to wait so long for my order that when I finally did get my food, it was cold! All of these positive reviews must be paid or something because this place sucks. Also, my cheese looked old!!

Arbys is a decent fast food restaurant for roast beef subs. I usually try their greek gyro which is very economical though it doesnt match with what we get at Mediterranean restaurants. Still its good enough for the price and have some three-pepper sauce too?

I wouldn't go back to this place if they paid me. Manager is rude and does not wear a beard cover to cover his beard while handling food. He smarted off to me and it was all i could do to keep my cool and leave with my screwed up meal.Definitely...stay away from the north peoria store
