I haven't been to the actual store but I did go to subway in oologah and got the pretzel and it sucked they had no butter to put on it and use table salt on it which didn't stick because there was NO butter to hold it on and they didn't even offer the shot of mustard as seen on TV so if thats any indication to what your door is like me and my family will never try anything else you serve..$3 piece of bread what a shame! So sad!!

My wife went to this location for the free pretzel for her birthday as advertised on the app. The employee was exceptionally rude and embarrassed her for daring to ask for what was being advertised. To save her embarrassment we just paid for the thing. What terrible customer service, and fraudulent advertising.

Sometimes it's a hit or miss with the customer service, however, I'm not looking for this outstanding experience, I just want fresh, not over done pretzels. I always get the sweet almond pretzel and even if there's none out, they will make me one. I'm happy they're still around.

She overcharged me I told her I wanted the mini dogs at 4.?? And small box of pretzel hie did it come to $16.?? And I question it she was rude with king king fingernails and the mini dog were so undercooked I threw them away

Gave the cashier $3.25 and she claimed I only gave her $3. I tried to say something and she insisted I only gave her $3 but I know it was more because I had to pay cash and card and I counted it before handing it to her, nevermind that she was playing with the extra quarter behind the register. Thieves. I won’t be coming back again.

This store currently has a huge advertisement covering their counter displaying several kinds of colorful and yummy looking frozen lemonades. So I walked up and ordered a medium frozen lemonade, and the girl dryly says, “we don’t have frozen lemonade.” Cool, thanks for nothing.
Everytime this location is never ready they are rude and tell you it will be this amount of time to wait then tells you it be other so long to wait for not placing order, I wasn't ask to place order, I was told to basically come back, when I first come to the window. Now it's another 15mins after placing order. Very unhappy with this location and the customer service they don't have. If I spoke there language they we friendly to them as they help them ahead of me when I need standing here waiting.

(We went on a trip to Branson, Missouri) First of all, birds!!! tiny birds were flying around and were eating bread/food from the ground and my brother gave it some of his cinnamon bun and the bird ate it :) Amazing food taste! I got a cinnamon bun and sprite. 10/10 cute animals and amazing taste! I will definitely go there again!!!
