Sometimes it's a hit or miss with the customer service, however, I'm not looking for this outstanding experience, I just want fresh, not over done pretzels. I always get the sweet almond pretzel and even if there's none out, they will make me one. I'm happy they're still around.
First off, the staff was amazing. Second, my pretzel bites weren’t good at all. They were excessively oily to the point they were mushy. I’ve never had bland auntie Anne’s but this batch was not there today.

I haven't been to the actual store but I did go to subway in oologah and got the pretzel and it sucked they had no butter to put on it and use table salt on it which didn't stick because there was NO butter to hold it on and they didn't even offer the shot of mustard as seen on TV so if thats any indication to what your door is like me and my family will never try anything else you serve..$3 piece of bread what a shame! So sad!!
