The young staff needs to learn better customer service skills. They pick and choose who they provide that to. I walk in and they don’t say a word. I’m looking at ice cream choices & ready to order. Not 1 person asked me if I needed help or was ready to order. Another customer walks in & they tell them Welcome in… I left & Decided to purchased ice cream at another establishment.

We’ve been to this Baskin Robbins several times and the last several times we’ve had rude servers, our shake cups are dripping with ice cream, and half the time our orders are wrong. We WOULD NOT recommend this location! What happened to service with a smile?!?!

Drive 8 miles across Tulsa for sorbet and get there and they have only two options a lemon and another called daqari ice and both had chunks of other ice creams mixed into the sorbet

My wife and I stopped in and had ice cream. I had a hot chocolate sundae and my wife got the Jamocha Almond Fudge. She said it was good. Mine was good. I recommend going in and giving one of their 31flavors a try.

I took 40 students here around 8:15pm and Mikayla and Lyla worked hard with smiles on their faces the whole time. They were super quick and extremely kind. Great experience.
