Tooth picks inside my sandwich and shady stuff behind the stack of chips not sure what is behind them but health inspector should pay them a visit. Got sick instantly after eating. The chicken was stale and microwaved and the dressing is water down crap. Please avoid this pos place and rude old couple.

The sandwiches here used to be great and now they've gotten smaller.They don't taste as well. The dressing or whatever they're using on.It seems really soggy and slimy. I would not recommend most of the sandwiches that are not warm. If you do I would go basic and get mayo not the dressing. This place does get busy because I think it's the only one like it around that area. Some people might love this place, but they have low standards.

Absolutely love this Bill & Ruth’s. The food is fresh and made fast, even the regular size sandwiches are huge and filling, and the employees are so warm, funny, and friendly. Always a bright spot in my work day when I can stop by!
