Cherry & Bark is a highly recommended ice cream shop. The ice cream is homemade in small batches using local ingredients where possible from Tulsa purveyors. It is described as truly authentic, fresh, and not mass produced or corporate. Flavors are very different, fresh, creamy, and so yummy. Specific flavors mentioned include strawberry coulis, raspberry sorbet, yaaaas queen, 7up cake, cherry almond bark, butter pecan, coffee, and slanty shanty. The strawberry coulis is particularly noted, with fruit hand-picked from the farm. The shop offers both dairy and vegan options.
The owner is described as absolutely amazing, very friendly and nice, an absolute doll, and the friendliest person. You can tell she is passionate about her business and has put her love and soul into it. She explains how she makes the ice cream. The shop also serves delicious coffee beans from Hooch Coffee. Service is called excellent. Customers report being obsessed, loving the place, and planning to return, calling it their favorite ice cream spot hands down and the best they have ever had.
