Good prices and decent food. Good for a quick work lunch. Popular spot, but the line moves quickly. The burgers and chicken tenders definitely tasted like pre-made, frozen food, but I don't mean that in a negative way. Just facts.
Had a great experience at Billy's. Had never even heard of this restaurant, but needed a place to get a quick lunch before a business meeting. Good food, nice staff, reasonable prices, And, conveniently located if you are downtown.

I am so proud of Billy and Anita Bayouth with how beautifully they have served Tulsa such outstanding food for so long. Billy's on the Square has been a culinary oasis of downtown Tulsa and it is sad that a legendary restaurant is about to come to an end due to their retirement! Hats off to their feeding so many so well and doing it so cheerfully!!!
