Always top notch. One of the few best of the best restaurants and clubs in Tulsa.
Shakoda is a great bartender
I have eaten here with my boss several times and the food is pretty good. They always have a different special if you want to get something different and the service is great. The best part is the view of Tulsa, especially on a clear day. We have also hosted private events and people really enjoy the atmosphere.

The Summit offers an amazing dining experience with breathtaking views of Tulsa. The staff is attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for special occasions. The menu includes delicious options like oysters, Caesar salad, filet with scallop and béarnaise sauce, and steak frites with parmesan truffle fries. Guests can enjoy free parking on the 3rd floor near the elevators. The casual restaurant on the 31st floor provides great service and an awesome view, making it a perfect spot for an intentional meal.
The Summit has two restaurants, TH1RTYONE Kitchen on the 31st floor and The Penthouse on the 32nd floor. Guests have the option to enjoy a hot toddy or a hot tea with honey, and the service from Mae is described as fabulous. The menu features appetizing dishes such as tuna tacos, warm spinach salad, duck, and ribeye, with the Brussels sprouts being a highlight. The meal is capped off with a delightful affogato for dessert. The overall experience is praised for its lovely atmosphere and stunning views.
