I changed my 5 star rating to three because your night crew is the absolute worse and many of your workers at night have bad attitudes and they act like they are miserable. The only reason I even give it three stars is because your day crew is a lot better at the quality of their food and their customer service. Every time I go during the day, my food is fresh, it's hot, and I have no complaints. But your night crew is awful. I'm just going to say that I worked for Braums...
Braum's is always been a staple in Oklahoma but our local Braum's on Sheridan employees a young man with blonde hair in the grocery department and he is very professional and proficient at his job we drive out of our way to shop there
I had ceased going to Braum's in other Tulsa locations as they were always dirty. Today I went to this Braum's as I was in the area. The shift manager immediately greeted me. She took our order and was very nice. The entire restaurant/store area was so clean and tables were immediately wiped down and the salt/pepper shakers placed on the back side of each table. It was so refreshing knowing that they took pride in their work areas. BTW the sundae was great!
