Based on multiple reviews, Monterey's Little Mexico Tulsa is a wonderful little place with amazing food and great service. The chips and salsa are awesome, and the tilapia fish tacos are absolutely out of this world. The wait staff is very kind, attentive, and sweet, with a great attitude and a smile every time. The atmosphere is just what you would expect. However, the guacamole can be a bit bland. While the food and service are always great for dine-in, the quality of to-go orders is nowhere near as good, and orders are often wrong or not what was expected. For a better experience, it is recommended to dine in and ask for a specific server by name.
