Have been to this location numerous times. Food is good but service is so dynamic. I’ve been served by Jordan, Abbi, and Ty of which all did amazing but then come in sometimes and get service from others and it is a completely different experience.
It was extremely cold in there last night about 10pm, couldn't stay long enough to eat all our food since it was so cold ,service was ok took a while for someone to come to our table , had to ask another server if anyone was going to take our order.

The person seating us didn't even lesiren to half of what we said. Some of us request specic seat due to hearing, sight, or other related issues, it makes for a bad experience. We requested a window booth, not in a corner, and we were seated next one over from a window by the mountain drink and ice machine when there were many booths still open.
