3rd time I got a messed up order.. no ketchup, no napkins... no receipt to take it back... I said no pickles, got extra pickles, no lettuce or onion.. learn to read the GD screen.. I have worked FF plenty... they all need retrained or something... and they just don't care... pissed me off..
This location is very slow with service, we come here for the breakfast menu, it takes way to long to get our order. Today i ordered french toast sticks just to find out they didn't give any syrup.
Get people who would take an order and would actually want to know what customer service is.
