I live around the corner so old worker with blonde hair needs to change her attitude cause! I was there 2x this week and she was horribly rude at night. My order was not correct in the app and she would not let me explain and told me I was holding up the line! I am a paying customer! And then second night my order was suppose to be done 9:15 I waited and watched them pack up at big order until 9:40 for them to finally open up the window and and hand me my food I saw sitting there. By that time my shake was melting! I asked if straw was in bag so I can hurry and drink the shake. She said it was in bag. I open bag to make sure. You can’t drink shake with no straw in car! She told me I couldn’t open up the bag cause it’s a Doordash order! I said I ordered it on an app! I do not work 4 DoorDash .Its my order! She then told me to move my car off the drive thru or she would call police! I said call police I did nothing wrong! I m not going to waste my gas when I live down the street to go to any other Burger Street so they better change their attitude or they will have problems! I m a paying customer!

Food is always fresh and hot. There is a cook there named DeAngelo 👌🏾, great great great cook always get my order right.
They will put 20 staples in your bag because they know they put something wrong or messed up. It's the ONLY time they put staples, so make sure you sit in drive and open every item. They should jusg say they are out or are too lazy to make it, instead doing the shady stuff.
