Customer service was very good. Food was delicious and not greasy at all. Love the red onions on the burger for sure and those onion rings were just crunchy enough and onion still juicy inside. Don't forget to try their frozen lemonade with cherry!

Food was good, however way overpriced for what you get and the smallest shake they have is 22 oz... Soooo a child can't finish even half of that, and most of us adults shouldn't lol. Also, no malts, just shakes, kind of a bummer. Burger was really good, but they made our order wrong and had everything on my 5 yr olds burger when we asked for only ketchup and pickles. Prob won't go back for another 10 years again.

This location on 21st and Harvard is my go to location. The employee that helped me was nice. At any location I go to they are always nice. I love love the tea.
Highly disappointed we paid $48 for 3 #3 the bacon bacon cheeseburger and they only put 2 pieces of bacon on each burger. I can barely taste the flavor of bacon. We had to come home and cook bacon to put on the burger. Highly disappointed, but the soft frozen lemonade is good as always.
