I just got out of work, I was dirty. The lady helping me choose my meal was kind. The guy at the register definitely had an issue, because I was joking around with the lady. Other than that good food. But no need to be rude when I’m talking to your co-worker.

The food is fresh and delicious overall, but the portion sizes are incredibly disappointing; I’ve visited twice now at two separate locations and felt cheated both times, so I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I really enjoy the food at Cava, I always get a custom bowl. I go a couple times a week after the gym. My only problem is with the serving sizes, I've gone enough to learn what the serving size of each ingredient is. Some of the workers give the right serving sizes for ingredients and other skimp out on the toppings and give half servings instead of full servings. When called out they add the right amount.
