Had the pleasure of being helped today by this sweet young lady by the name of Shantelle. Came out and apologized for my wait. She had very great customer service and her personality was very contagious.
The Food is Absolutely Amazing Could Never Go Wrong With charlies . The deals Are Great The Price is Reasonable and You get a great Amount of Food Not To Mention The Dessert Is To Die for .😋

Charlie's Chicken offers diner-style food, not fast food, with options like chicken fried steak, meatloaf, fried okra, and banana pudding. Daily specials are available on weekdays. The food is always good, and the sides are the best. The fried and rotisserie chicken is delicious and tender, and the staff is super nice with fair prices. Veterans or active duty eat free. However, the location can be a hit or miss with staff. One visit had coleslaw that was delicious, but the staff could have been more friendly. Another experience with the jalapeño chicken was disappointing: cold, reheated, with dark breading and little flavor. The meatloaf is a better choice. The chicken is MSG flavored, and the butter should be put back out by the drinks. A new server was not familiar with chunks being served with gravy. The dining room is always too cold due to ceiling fans and A/C.
