Don’t promise to make food for a premium price and then not provide it. Also don’t talk about an order if you are driving. You should give your full attention to the customer and take notes. We spoke of the specific things I wanted for my daughter’s bridal tea party. I asked for plain scones: we got sweet, sugar coated scones. We requested petit fours and got cake balls.
