I recently had an issue at a local McDonald's that I have been a customer of for 10 years. I have been using the mobile app at this particular location for quite some time, especially in the mornings when I pick up my order. Normally, I simply provide my name, but there is a new manager who prefers to use the mobile number instead, which I don't mind.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's in Tulsa. They consistently get meals wrong, most of the time the frappe machines down, the foods chewy , the size of your meals are significantly smaller than what you would be originally paying for a couple years ago.
Customer service in the morning is good but the evening shift is very rude and lacking

There can also be confusion with app payments and refunds. Despite this, the restaurant offers a clean environment and convenient location. With a few adjustments to their service speed, McDonald's could improve overall customer satisfaction.
